Please note that SASO has launched the service that facilitates the procedures for importing a used vehicle for individuals who wish to import used vehicles from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether cars or motorcycles for personal use. 

Bureau Veritas Dubai is a notified party by SASO to issue such certificates for shipments originated from the middle east region, and starting June 2024 such shipment certificates becomes mandated to be obtained for customs clearance.
